Daytime Event, Planning for the Future Together
As dawn broke, the Modula Asia-Pacific factory welcomed colleagues from afar across the APAC region, hailing from Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, among others.
On this special day, Miguel, the Managing Director of Modula, kicked off the event with a wonderful opening speech. He reviewed the remarkable achievements of the past year—steady growth in sales figures, indicative of the warm market reception. Meanwhile, Miguel also shared the ambitious sales targets for 2025 that Modula aims to achieve and teased the upcoming launch of the latest products, each announcement igniting passion and fostering anticipation for the future.
Following him, the Sales Directors and Regional Heads from across the Asia-Pacific region took the stage. With their hard work and fruitful results from 2024, they presented their respective regional work summaries. Behind each figure lies countless client communications and solution optimizations, serving as evidence of their precise grasp of market trends. Looking ahead to 2025, they are brimming with confidence and have put forth practical work plans, vowing to achieve even greater success in the coming year.
The climax of the meeting was undoubtedly the brainstorming session, where every colleague transformed into a market insighter, eagerly sharing their thoughts. From customer needs to technological innovation, from market competition to brand building, everyone expressed their unique perspectives on future market developments and jointly explored potential challenges and coping strategies.
At the same time, Daniele, the Production Director of Modula, led everyone on a tour of the Suzhou factory, which is not only the cradle of Modula’s machine models but also proof to innovation and quality. He provided a detailed introduction to the factory’s production processes, the upcoming renovation plans, and the ingenuity behind each model. For the newly recruited sales colleagues, this was a valuable learning journey and a profound understanding of the Modula brand spirit.
Evening Banquet, Celebrating Brilliance Together
The evening banquet kicked off with a fantastic dance medley, with its dynamic rhythm and lively performance, instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the entire venue. Subsequently, programs meticulously prepared by various departments took turns to unfold, immersing everyone present in a joyful atmosphere.
Throughout the banquet, various entertaining games were interspersed. Everyone actively participated, with laughter and joy echoing continuously, not only deepening the friendship among colleagues but also making the annual meeting livelier and more interesting.
