A Modula picking station is extremely useful for preparing multiple orders with different recipients or managing numerous orders, and it is possible to combine several Modula units to work as one station.
Modula Picking Station follows the “goods to man” principle, making the product-picking process (especially in warehouses with low turnover rates) faster and more efficient. When there is an item to pick, the colored light in that station will illuminate. The employee must process the order from the Modula unit; otherwise, the light will stay on.

A clear guide for preparing several orders simultaneously with 100% accuracy guarantees you always have the right item in the correct container. Once an order is completed, the operator can click the relevant button to communicate quantities and locations with WMS.
Once the item has been put into the container, the operator can confirm picking by pushing the button corresponding to the order.
The ergonomic picking station has made picking extremely precise and practical. The Picking Station is a modular design that can be added over time and connected to the Modula WMS software.
How does Picking Station work?
It has a sturdy painted steel structure with shelves consisting of containers and several Put to Light displays with relative controller/power supply. It can couple several stations to extend the capacity for processing multiple orders at the same time.
